Within 30 days of the purchase date of your product, you will be eligible for a refund of the purchase price minus our original shipping costs. The customer assumes the cost of shipping to return the item to:

A refund will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise in brand new condition and in all original packaging.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase. In order to return the merchandise, you must have directly purchased the merchandise from SuperSpeed Golf, LLC, or online at www.superspeedgolf.co.uk. Merchandise purchased from another person, entity, or distributer must be returned to that person, entity, or distributer for all return and warranty claims.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing defects and not misuse or striking something during the training. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a picture of the damage and a picture of the logo on the bottom of the weight (for SuperSpeed Clubs) to email@example.com. We will then initiate a warranty claim for you and provide a return shipping label.
